Drawing ? Drawing in fine arts is a technique of creating an image on a flat surface or 3-dimensional surface. Artists can use pencils, markers, charcoal, sepia, various types of inks, and paints. What differentiates drawing from painting is that artists create relations between the tones and forms rather than between colors.
